GedR Posted May 4, 2016 Share Posted May 4, 2016 Hi I am new to all this so please forgive me if I am asking stupid questions! I have rebuilt the shock towers, hubs etc with aluminium parts as the plastic kept breaking and I want to replace the oil in the shocks as it is the standard stuff from new. What grade should I use? I run mainly on grass. Also I keep shearing my dogbones on landing. I was told in the general forum that my slipper clutch may need adjusting. How tightly do I set it? Shearing dog bones on landing could be a few different things, loosen the slipper a touch and also limit the shocks up stroke by putting small sections of nitro fuel pipe on the shock shafts should help Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
