How do I remove a grub screw from wheel hex.

Can anyone help I broke a wheel hex so I have bought a new set that are different colour so now I want to change all 4.

The problem is that on the front CVD the grub screw is rounded off, has anyone got any ideas how to get it out without messing up the CVD?

heat then try again.  or hammer the pin out  you shouldn't have to use much force.

Could try a spline drive. I use a t9 when needed.

You can get screw removal tools that are like a tapper but with the thread the other way. You turn it in to the left, the deeper it gets, the more purchase it has on the screw, it begins to turn the screw out. I got a cheap little set from Boyes but you might get a smaller set off eBay.

Sorted, in the end I used a 2mm cobalt drill bit and drilled into it very carefully, then I got a 10T socket tapped it into the hole and out it came.

Now I have 4 wheel hex the same colour.
