Mine arrived last week. As others have commented, small and fiddly! Very enjoyable build though.

One of my shock shafts was a bit deformed and despite sanding, sticks a bit and needs further attention. Instructions are totally Chinese, not even token chinglish translation

still, interesting build! :)

almost done, few bits to complete

really liking the look of this.

Metallic blue and chrome goes nicely. Should look like it just rolled out the factory.

i need to find a couple of scale ford badges!

Nice looking build! Good to see some different colours :)

have you got any advice or info on the tiny led wiring pal?

I used my own for the main lights rather than the kit ones but not got round to looking at the slim ones yet

I worked from the Chinese instructions lol

both 4mm and the tiny led's are fed from the esc.

take care of the polarity.

when I did the tiny led's I stripped the outer insulation off quite far so I didn't have to fiddle with tiny wire, between them.

soldered one on the end and one at where the insulation started again.

hard to explain and I didn't take a pic (I did take a pic lol, you can see it above in the Stanley blade) I'm afraid but the link between led's is the same continuous wire like a train track with the led's as sleepers.

hope that helps

I dug the soldering iron out last night, in an effort to clear the cab area of wires/Rx/and battery so work can commence on a dash and seat.

the battery is now lying down on the chassis rather than sideways as shown in an effort to keep the CoG down.
