babylon
And to think, Every now and then, Some one on here will have the nerve to class a car as "Toy Grade".
Thunderwolf
may be a bit of a gimmick but at least they have charged the earth for buying it like rc4wd does.
Oh How Original
whats next a 1/10 scale working impact wrench with working 1/10 scale air compressor Sat next to tyre warmers... On a more serious note, it doesn't look like they can be bolted to the bench, unless you simply have to drill them yourself?
babylon
On an even more serious note, What is it for, So you prop up your car, Take the wheel off, And then what, Do you get on your back and slide under it to drop the gearbox, Or do you do what everyone else does, Flip it on it's roof and do it that way. Unless you are using them for a static display, They have got to be so pointless, Unless someone can show me otherwise.
PurcyP
Sat next to tyre warmers... On a more serious note, it doesn't look like they can be bolted to the bench, unless you simply have to drill them yourself? lol! but tyre warmers have a use, if you try and torque off a wheel with the car just sitting on this lift jig thing the model is gonna go flying off the bench lmao for display purposes a little scale garage or something fair play .. Oh How Original
People are forgetting for 2.2's and big 1.9's the tyres must be kept off the ground to avoid flat spots. It's a different idea to axle stands.... Plenty of uses
PurcyP
could get a few and make a rather s****y coat hanger or key hanger out of em
53HRA
Received mine today chaps - It's pretty nice well made and rather strong.Works well too Only downside is it's more of a 1/8 scale therefore looks a little too big on the bed of a truck. Also the silver handle does not work and is only novelty. Would of been awesome if the handle functioned..... In action: The size compared to a Proline jack: On the back of a bed: Overall i'd give it an 8 out of 10
Oh How Original
IMO that looks 10x better than the Proline one. Also, I bet it would look more to scale on that bed if you turned it around on both axis... Be interesting to give it a try and see anyway lol.
