have blown up one battery would prefer not to do another

New battery is a NVision 11.1V-3s 2200 30c Lipo

 

Using a B6 06A intelligent balance charger

 

Its obviously more intelligent than me coz i cant work out what setting to set it on to charge this battery without causing a small explosion. Have read the manual a number of times but am still struggling to get it right

 

Help please
