Can someone recommend a starter plane?

Seeing a couple guys by my local field flying little electric planes. Seem to go really high like bird level lol look cool.

Are they expensive? Id say wingspan looks around 2-3 ft.

Anyone recommend a half decent one for messing on the field with? :)

There is a huge number of good planes to start with. Some with LED-lights, some have a cool design and can be upgraded. Here are some models which can be great for a newbie:

1) Top Race TR-C285 (great for gliding, $70)

2) E-flite Timber 1.5m (land on water, light, $260)

3) E-flite U2980 UMX Radian BNF Airplane (cool design, great maneuvr, $130)

Choose any, gain experience and have fun with hobby :)
