Wheel Balancing

When I rev up the car, there's a fair bit of vibration coming from the rear wheels.

 

How do you guys balance them ?

Putty on the inside rim

I used bluetak (the sticky blue thingy you use on your poster)

I balance the wheel by spinning the wheel until it came to complete stop. then i put putty on in oppersite direction, bit by bit until it spin without vibration.
