But cnc chassis braces probably should be next on my list. Or cnc rear uprights.

I forgot to ask, where is your battery box from? My 4s lipo won't fit in mine! If you could show me how yours is fitted that would be fab fella!

Unfortunately I have no idea. Just had a look to see if i could find it anywhere on Google images but came up blank. Here is a pic tho.

Both parts can be adjusted to take bigger or smaller batteries. When I get my ESC moved I will be able to fit huge lipo's like the 8000mah jobs.

That's okay, as for the fitting? is it in existing holes or have you had to drill new ones!

Well it was already done when I got it. But looking at it I would say that there drilled to fit.

Ah I see. My pinions arrived today, only to find out I haven't ordered the right size! These are too small!

Oh nuts! I made that mistake last time I got one too. I was able to sell them on quite easily in the for sale section tho.

You need to get 1M pinions.

Yeah I've got about 18 pinions! and they're all 48 pitch but 3mm shaft haha!

18.. That's a bucket load of pinions lol.

Had a bit of a failed run. Lost a e-clip and 3 of my 4 tyre's have failed at the rims. My fault I think I did a rush job. Note to self "don't rush tyre gluing."

I started off with one of those after seeing Barnestah's conversion, along with the vorza motor mount. Drilled all the holes to fit everything then when the absima conversion kit finally came back in stock on modelsport I got one of those too

Nope, stuck with the new battery tray for now. The HPI one is no wider than the Absima one, although the HPI looks to be more rugged and better made. The only thing you gain is the possibility for extra length:

Only the little plastic mushroom inserts. But that was good enough reason to get a new one KH one

Yeh. Took two weeks but that's fine as my car was stripped for the most part of that.
