Duo
Got charger as must be electric batteries not problem just can't see small car that will handle grass. Savage xs too much power ,deadbolt too big just want a bit of casual bag garden action. No innuendos please
stretch
what charger/batteries do you have? nimh/lipo? what style you looking for? monster/sc/buggy etc
tomr
The Carisma gt10dt mini desert truck looks fun and just the right size or the losi mini 8's are awesome
Duo
Got charger for both not bothered on style monster or truggy don't think short course will have clearance I need just drawing a blank new house new garden no toy to play with. That in a nutshell is my problem grass that needs chewing up by battery powered menace why sitting on my butt checks in kitchen slurping tea and dunking some bourbons
Oh How Original
Mini 8ight is a good suggestion but isn't really much of a grass muncher lol, unless the grass is very very short, the motor (stock one at least) gets pretty warm. Savage XS on 2s with Badlands
Rockhopper
You'll get bored with it after twenty minutes and never use it again (speaking from experience here!!)
stretch
Ftx carnage?
Duo
Could be right rockhopper am a bit of a loose end today girlfriend took car for today been at home doing bits and bobs. Taped and shoo gooed new slash shell too far to go to take cars out with transport didn't fancy lugging them to park and back. Was messing around with losi micro sct wishing it would go in garden. Bored and with access to Internet and rc web shops makes for some rash buys. Did like the carisma desert truck even if basic gtb14 mod to truck
Oh How Original
Use your spare time to cut the grass really short and you'll have more options?
sean-vrs
Get the Hpi Wheely King if its fun garden antics your after
Oh How Original
Or even a Tamiya Lunchbox maybe?
Noj
Need a reasonable sized garden for a Lunchbox, as our flower beds can confirm
QRC
If you have a well cut lawn, my vote would be the Vaterra Kalahari, mad on 3s, loads of fun.
Duo
Like the kemora a lot as looking for a rally car. Looked at the wheely king but it does look massive looking at smaller size like a kemora or a mini 8 but it is the ground clearance for grass so limited to choice . Still cursing the web do like the savage xs but the thing is mental fast on 2s it will put a whole through neighbours fence if lost control. Never had a tamiya could get a wild willy or one of those tractor ones and pretentious cutting the grass lol
XV Pilot
The Tamiya wheelie models are fine on grass, and don't need a lot of space to be fun. Or if you want something with more stability, a Mad Bull or WT01/WR01 truck would also handle grass very nicely. If space is a concern, a WT01 or WR01 with 4WS has a tiny turning circle despite being a good-size truck. I drive mine around our house with no problems! Pistonhead
How about a Vattera Slickrock, which will be perfect for the garden, admittedly it's very slow, but it'll get over most things you put infront of it. Orrrr you could go slightly over budget and get a mini e revo...
b19jas
Brushed mini summit? Would be in budget 2nd hand only 170 new last time I looked.
Colicab
Or even a Tamiya Lunchbox maybe? This pretty much ticks all the boxes and then some. That or a crawler.
Duo
Never had a tamiya never been that keen on the look of some of the models but the wild willy is starting to tick some boxes. Like the small turning circle , not sure what variant of the model to get but is the expert build version a bit of a rip off compared to a kit ? Carl160180
Another vote here for a lunchbox, great fun
Noj
Tamiya XB stuff is overpriced. Better to buy the kit and build yourself, fitting bearings over plastic/brass bushes.
Duo
Adding up the prices tamiya kit plus all the hopups coming to two hundred quid , will a kalharli go over grass there only
