virus 3 bodyshell

I have just finished building my ansmann virus 3 but want a clear body so can paint it hoe i want it so it looks a bit difrent problem i have is finding a clear body can any one surgest what bodys will fit it

Check out youtube there's ways of getting the paint off to do it how you like I stripped mine off and painted orange it looks smart

I saw somone on there using costic soda would it not melt the virus 3 body that comes with it how did you do youra

Dot 4 brake fluid that's what you need or nail varnish remover

You will probably find the the stock shell is printed onto a flat sheet then vac-formed into shape. If this is the case I don't think the ink can be removed?

Hyper 7 shells can fit the virus

Cheers for the advice will order a 7 she'll see what it like I know the seven and the virus are petty much the same car so don't see why wouldn't fit

just woundering as i have battered my shell an need a new one would the VIRUS ST 3.0 bodyshell fir the virus 3.0 ? 

 

If not is it only the hyper 7 bodyshells that fit the car<

The virus st bodyshell can fit just buy the st shock towers and body mounts chances are most shells will fit I think hong nor ones fit I'd just take your car to you lhs and try a few for size

Hey mate just finished my ansmann virus 2.0 brushless conversion an I have a hyper7 body on it an it fits nicely perfect fit. I also have 2 hyper7's an they are very close to the ansmann

In need of side plates for my virus 3.0 aswell as a a bodyshell, does anyone where I can acquire some from or sumthin alternative that will fit?
