It was more of a project really and wanted everything to be original for when resell and no plan on running it just something to sit on shelf for a while till sell but wanted to make sure everything was working fine but now it is i tightened the nut on top of it and put a fresh battery in it and went great

I purchased a vintage tamiya blackfoot with the red chassis and have spent a few weeks stipping cleaning replacing broken parts and rebuilding i have got round to running it today to see if it all works and when i go forwads or backwads it keeps on going even tho msc is back to neutral any ideas would be great

Thanks for everyones replys as luck would have it i got that fuel any way just need to order a couple of plugs now and shout be good to go

Just a couple questions what fuel is best to use to run this engine i plus what glow plugs i see it takes turbo plugs can i use normal ones i ask as never heard of a turbo plug

I am after a new engine for my team c stoke n i want one that doesnt cost the earth and is easy to work with and tune i know nitro engines can be difficult at the best of time unless you are a pro but i am a novice getting back into nitro after 6 or so years on electric also want a size 21 any help would be very good thank you

I have a hpi nitrostar f3.5 engine i have had it about 4 years and it has spent the past3 years in a box in the shed and decided to get a new buggy so put the engine in it eventually got it running on basic settings and the problem i have is it doesnt idle very well it idles high then low then high abd if rev it it holds a high rev even tho the carb is back to neutral

Cheers for the advice i all ready have a virus2 coverted to brushless and is a solid basher that never lets me down i just had to put some oil in the diffs but i am missing the smell and noise kf the nitro engines lol

I am thinking about getting a new buggy for bashing and seeing as it only for bashing i dont warent spending mega money for it as never gona race it i am after advice on a team c tr8 are they any good are they strong also can clear lexan shells be purchased for them

I have seen a video on youtube and thjs bloke had a 4wd monster truck with 4 wheel steering but he could operate the rear so the truck crabes then it goes back again the other way as if he could steer the rear seporatly can any one tell me how this is done

I have just recieved a first generation blackfoot with the red chassis and do not know much about them the question i have is does the body just have a windscreen in it and not side rear or sunroof as mine doesnt have then and dont see where they would mount and all pics i have seen lookes like they just have a windscreen

Hello there i have been seeing tamiya ford aeromax on google images and some of them people have made wheel arches and rear bumpers with the lights molded into them and stuff and thort i would like to do something like that on mine and was after advice on how people make these parts as i cant find any where they can be bought from

Hello i am seting up my supastox using a alturn usa low profile servo core rc lcd radio gear if i go in full lock the servo is making wierd noises as and the car hardly moves then i letof the steering and the servo starts twitching on its own and then it i lose signal any help would be great

Had a closer look and the diff cup that has the prop from the back go into it has masses of play in it and the bearings and stuff are all in 5he corect place any ideas how so stop it
