bertie
Hi All I'm interested to see how long you buggy racers get on your batteries. Can you post your:- 1. motor type & what KV it is 2. batteries, how many cells, what mAh? 3. Runtime on your track (this is race time not bashing) I'm keen to learn if a lower Kv = a longer run time? thanks in advance! fatboyneil
Easy answer yes the lower the kv the longer you get its a bit of a no brainer really ive got two one 2100kv and one 1900kv both run on turnigy nano 2x 7.4 5000 mah 60c. So running only 4s and the 1900kv lasted about 5 minutes longer maybe more a guy that raced the nationals last month used dualsky 6000mah 7.4 x2 and on one charge lasted qualifying the race he came 7th I think and a good 10-15 minutes of us having a go with it to show off his setup and his was a 2000kv Orion and it didn't even get warm
mugen mark
even if a 2650kv {castle} you should be able to get 15 mins,we use a 6000mah nanotec and get 20 mins on dirt just and 20 mins on astro,

4eyes
I've got two set ups. With my 1900kv motor I can just do 20 minutes on dirt with 5000mah 4s gens ace batteries. At the same track using a 1400kv motor on 6s I use about 3500 mah.
