savage-rage
Or should I get the X-ray xr8 ?
PurcyP
They are both completely different chassis Do you have somewhere to run them? the RX 8 is just a kit as well you need a suitable engine, tyres, shell and all the rest of it. the hobao is a nitro touring car xray rx8 is a very specialist bit of kit and not many places to race em in the UK
savage-rage
There is a track near me and always wanted to give it a try as I have mainly off road ones
PurcyP
Which track? well the hobao will sit in the 10ic section and then the RX8 is the 1/8 circuit IC section. depends on your budget and what you want to do at the end of the day, i wanted to do 1/8 IC circuit but no tracks near me and very expensive! savage-rage
There is a track in crystal palace In London
PurcyP
oh i know the one, i think they run large scale there too. Well if you can run either class, and theirs plenty of people who do it there then go with whatever you prefer and budget will allow. ta05
One things for sure, if you get an Xray, the build manual is excellent, as is the parts quality.
