A few more pics as requested had a look over it today few lose screws here and there but other than that looks good.

Fired her up too starts really easy don't sound to bad with the standard exhaust on too

The servo for the throttle and brake is a sf-20 from what I've seen on the net these are only 6.6kg of touqe that's shocking for a large scale is this a standard servo or one he's dropped in there just to fill the gap ?

And the baja is really bouncey the shocks are full of oil but just seems as if it bounces like mad

Here's a few more pics

Nice surprise in the battery box crossed of the list of stuff needed

  • 6 months later...

Bit of an update on my baja had it around 7 months now thought I'd show off some pictures of it as I've done a few bits to it not a massive amount it's still pretty standard tbh in terms of drivetrain and engine I'll have to start doing that next but it's still a cracking car I love driving it and it's not let me down yet

So far it's had

Clone Dom pipe

Power hd throttle/brake servo 20kg

Removed the star on the brakes and replaced it with a home made carbon fiber pad

Made some clear windows

And made a rear bumper out of carbon fiber

And I've just finished fitting front and rear hostile mx tyres extra hard for the rear

Shock shocks all round

Here's a few pictures

It's dusty if that counts :)

I'm not looking forward to cleaning it now it's got the hostile mx's I think it will try to burry its self when its ran on soft ground :)

Not seen any other carbon bumpers so you could say its one of a kind :)
