DannyP
ARB's are sweet, got stiff on the rear and soft up front. Feels more planted if you know what i mean The springs are better for big air as well. Was fine when i was doing the flips etc. We went to another field and skate park. Got through half a tank going up and down the field then all the power was going to the front wheels Stopped spun the rear wheels by hand and could hear the crunching
dtokez
yeah sounds good mate! those springs are a bit harder aint they? ah mate cant believe that! what are the other gears looking like, are the mashed aswell or can you use again? When you took your diff apart did you find a broken pin under the gear? How are the bevel gears looking? Also when rebuilding your diffs check for play and if needed shim the diff. I took a few pics here and theres a link the the thread I followed on LSTforums. Losi yellows are good, but for BIG air you need the RC Raven springs. LST2 2nd and 4th jumper here For the Losi wing you need to upgrade the screws (that connect to shock tower and bulk heads) to 4mm. DannyP
78.8 The pins under the gears are fine, the bevel gears look okay but will be replaced When i filled the diffs with oil i checked for play and was fine with the one shim that was already on there. Truck is less than a gallon old. The wing snapped off were it is clipped on to the mounts (can been seen in pic) Rob the slipper is set too 1 - 1 1/4 turns out. So would of been fine for the jumps etc i was doing. Just going to re-build and see what happens
Kpowell911
What should I pay for an XXL roller with the intention on converting it to BL? Must be the XXL, the big un Failing that, there was an ebay shop doing the nitro XXL RTR with DX3S for

JayJ
You can add me to the list, I got an LST2 and an XXL build that's hit the wall at the moment until funds allow! I haven't been around much lately due to prior commitments, will have to try and get about more! lol I also own a Muggy too which is based on the LST, just the main chassis and chassis layout that's different. I do so love my Losi's! Some older pics of the LST2.

EDIT2- Don't mean to sound fussy here but could you change the second list to LST2? There's hell of a difference between an LST and an LST2, more so than between an LST2 and an XXL. Nice mate! how much of an improvment to you find the sway bars? also, have you ever broken a shock tower? and no problem about the list - didnt think about that
JayJ
RNo I haven't ever broken a shock tower, have spares of those too. The sway bars are great, highly recommended! They really do stop the body roll, although they don't totally stop high speed roll overs but help allot. Best upgrade so far is the BAC (Bad Ass Creations) Steering link, really helps the steering throw. Thanks for understanding about the list thing, when I got my LST2 I did quite a lot of research and there are a large amount of differences between the LST and LST2 whereas the differences between the LST2 and the XXL are mainly chassis and engine.
