£30 of upgrades in eBay basket for a WPL C14 I paid £28 for.

I think someone in China has worked out a business model... make a nice looking cheap model, slightly better than toy grade and then wait a bit and release a bunch of upgrades.

Funny how things change! I couldn't fathom why people owned shelfers. Now I own 6 Tamiya kits that literally are on shelves and will never run. If you gave me a grand to buy an Xmaxx, Id probably just buy 7 or so Tamiya kits to build up. Must be an age thing?

Well, since my recent mixed feelings on the hobby, I definitely didn't expect to be purchasing another RC for... Well, this year really.

Fed up with waiting for Arrma to sort out their  stock. Waited over a month and the stock due date keeps changing. Think it might be time to cancel and order something else...
