I really enjoyed getting this older rig out again today, i had forgot just how sweet and smooth it drives, more a trail rig than crawler and just does it real nice

Did some trail driving at Shipley glen today took the FTX Fury 2.0 as main 1/10th rig and i had forgot just how nice it drives, smooth and quiet, a well set up rig, video coming

Looking on Youtube at the full size cars seems this RGT/FTX is a near perfect copy of the Ford Bronco Raptor

They are really good but you need a DC power source though can charge from a lipo to another battery, ideal for "out for a day" with small rigs, i can take a 5000mah 4S as the power source and charge plenty of small lipo`s from it

Having done the "tethered" body clips on the Fury 2.0 i knew i had a set of proper ones that go into the body, found then and fitted these as a finished set up, much better also playing about with theToolkit M6 dc charger, here we see it set up charging a 2S 600mah from a 2200mah 3S so i can charge the little lipo batteries in the field should i need to, it will also charge larger batteries but no need

I ended up not liking the Ford shell on this chassis so went back to stock body and sold the F-150 shell, was planning to sell the Fury what with the new RGT on its way but cant bring myself to sell the fury

nothing major, decided to get the Fury 2.0 out i was thinking i would sell this on but its a nice truck so keeping it, i remounted the 1080 esc as it kept lifting (poor quality sticky pads) and did tethered body clips, hard to see in pics. I have lost a wiper so might look for new ones or just delete the one on it

Looking good, i have to confess that i have a good few tickets on Tomleyrc raffall to try and win a TRX4 hi trail F-150

if it were me i would make an adaptor plug using a couple of bullet connectors into the trax plug at least till i knew it all worked.............scrub that the trax plug is just plain odd

Encouraging to know the plug can be removed and an XT60 soldered on, half wondered if you did that it would go into "sabotage shutdown mode"
