  1. Rebranded hobby wing systems can be good value for money, Robitronic razer ten systems are good ive got two of them and theyve been faultless' even after i managed to fill one motor with water just changed the bearings and its been fine since. Reedy, absima also do rebranded hobbywing sytems
  2. I did this i managed to get the vantage 2.0 brushed without a charger and battery for cheaper from time tunnel models, they seem to be the only supplier that i have found that do the option of removing the battery and charger! I already had a etronix photon system laying around. As stated by freddy it would work out cheaper to by the brushless. I have one that I could get rid of as I've only ever used it once! It has sway bars fitted, and a better rear wing from the quanaum vandal and has the ESC program card too. I have all the original box, manual ect Someone might as well get some use out of it! Shoot me a message mate
  3. There doesnt seem to be many rally cars really! Only Tamiya's

  5. Just grab a tub of multi purpose grease from halfords for £6/7 and it will last you a lifetime
  6. The shell came off the same guy that has the ebay tuneithoonit, hes a good seller! They are fastrax arrows that i had for my ftx vantage that i havent used, im only going to use the rx for road duties so they should be good! the rears are obviously a bit wider but diameter wise i reckon they are pretty much the same as the standard rx wheels
  7. They arent properly sealed, i just put some teflon bike grease in them and theyre fine
  8. I'm currently building a maverick rx out of a mix of maverick and hsp parts, its known as the hsp kutiger and the only real difference ive noticed between the strada and hsp variants are the chassis is layed out on the opposite side with a different motor mount needed. All the mavericks ie the rx,mt,sc are based of the old hsp 4wd buggy chassis!
  9. Have a look at some fastrax short course tyres
  10. Anyone got any hsp/maverick parts they no longer need?

I've got a couple of Maverick non-runners at the moment. A Strada SC & Strada XT.

Any parts from either of those that you might find useful?
