I had the savage 25 nitro and it was great, then the savage flux which was also great, i now have a lst2e which i have had for a few years and its great. Apart from the weird (usa?) screws the losi is better for me, i prefer the drive shafts and shocks on the losi but it does tend to wheelie easy, i run mine on 5s with the punch turned down, the standard esc motor combo is castle and plugs straight into the castle tuning usb / card. The savage has a wider choice of bodys as its smaller, i also fitted 17mm adaptors on my losi so i can run standard 17mm wheels etc, also found the steering a lot better on the losi as it uses 2 servos
