I’ve got an as new one it’s the savox edition purchased a few years ago put 1 tank through it heat cycling on a bench then couldn’t bring myself to get it dirty so it’s been sat on a shelf looking nice just waiting on a possible swap with someone but if it falls through I’ll let you know

I have a 3 electric rc,s and to be honest they are rarely used I still prefer nitro or petrol tuning can be a pain to some but I seem to have a knack for it and when you get it just right it’s amazing but I suppose that’s the side of me that loves tinkering

Stretch your budget to £90 and get a dewalt 18v lithium ion from screwfix has everything you need and an extended warranty when you register it online I've used dewalt for near 20 years and they never let you down as good as Milwaukee any day
-
The disc should be loose on the drivecup with no drag tighten the pads against the disc then back off a little till disc runs freely it also helps if you have a decent servo
-
Depending on which car you have the brake disc will sit on the drivecup so as the car moves the disc spins and when you apply the brakes it stops the drivecup so it stops check the drivecup is not loose some have a grub screw
-
There still on eBay selling have you contacted them
