I’m looking at getting out bashing more trying skate park bashing (my son loves the destruction, I like to repair). try a few crawler places & meet up with a few members hopefully oh- & stop spending on my Trx-4…. 👍

So looks like the 1000mah 3s is a bit small so what do you guys use on the front tray? 3s? What’s the min C rating too?

@Gaz! Hiya, I read somewhere you said about end point adjustment on the weeny trx4 servos for the 2spd & diffs, how is this possible with a stock Tx/rx?

Just been to the workshop, chopped the esc lead & soldered an XT60 & went through the batteries, I have a few 3s & loads of 2s all a bit puffy but useabl, there is a nifty little 3s 1000mah pack I can use on the front but I need a strap? Anyone know the Traxxas part no?

I’m genuinely surprised, I figured everyone would be using proper decent batteries over cheapos! I’ll grab a few tomorrow probably from screwfix I imagine Aldi will be an utter zoo tomorrow.

Guys, buy a Traxxas ID to xt60 conversion wire or just chop it & solder xt60? All my cars & batteries have xt60.

Mines here! I know some people don’t like Traxxas but wow, the quality just shines through, the colour of the shell, the weight of the model, it just all feels very high quality. IMO. now for a light kit! any recommendations? traxxas tqi link &light kit?

It may be a moot point but my son has had a HPI firestorm flux for years now & it’s been amazing, if the jumpshot flux is half as good you’ll be very happy! I’ve had a carnage & the quality difference back then between HPI & ftx was huge. personally I’d vote jumpshot. -
