I'm Jim, had rc cars since my dad bought me back a badly beat up tamiya hornet, I loved it, it was a wreck looking back now, but money was tight, i sold all my old tamiyas back in 2002, then my cousin came round with a hpi savage 25, I was amazed, I had to have a nitro, so i bought a hpi mt2, I never really understood it well & sold it in 2008, I then bought a savage 3.5 which I had for about 5 years.

I've got 4 kids to keep me away from rc, but the one boy really enjoys the cars & planes, we've been to 1 bash so far & it was great fun, now we have a BL hyper & I have my recently converted savage flux we will look at getting out & about more.

moved to Guildford in 2013 so I have limited time for rc as I have a 3 bed house to repair as well as working full time as a gas engineer!
