My relative's was in the single digits, I have to act as their guarantor for a basic bank account with no over draft facilities, and their mobile phone contract, it's that bad.  Sky wouldn't even let them have a mobile contract with them, with me acting as the guarantor, and paying the entire contract upfront, and I have a mobile contract with Sky in my name, have done so for years, and have a perfect payment history with them - in fact they recently sent me a refund plus a few quid.

That is cool that you are helping your family with all thus. It is all just a headache and whatnot.

Ok , I have a difficult question..... should I link my bank to experian and clearscore? Problem is I don't get any income going into my bank as I get paid cash in hand and when my direct debit are due then I pop into post office and put some money in.

I have read what other people can see if I linked my bank, all of it looks good apart from they need to see my balance which is zero.

I have no experience with Experian, which I really should have, I set my relative up with Credit Karma, not to mention most banking apps nowadays have the ability to show you your credit score, but not perhaps the ability to guide through how to improve it.
