Facebook has taken over, I'm in a few groups and they are pretty active. You get a few interesting soles however you get the same on here but overall they are pretty good. Unfortunately I can see this trend continuing. 

If i need to know something about a RC  i will scan YT videos or look at forums.   Just dont trust some people on FB  also to much fighting  and people just getting banned for silly reasons.

People always mention Facebook and I don't completely disagree but people said that 10 years ago and we are still very much here. Facebook won't replace forums, they both work in a completely different way, I personally prefer when it comes to a hobby I'm interested in to have the more indepth discussion and community forums offer. But I understand the appeal of convenience and quick discussion Facebook has. It's certainly taken a hit with traffic but it's not a forum killer in my eyes, sadly(fortunately?) most of the other RC forums took that blow and we got the scraps. 😄

Prizes/giveaways/model reviews is all great if I could fund them, truth is nobody will give them for free, even the big YouTubers don't get free stuff unless it's WLToys - which is not a bandwagon I'm going to jump on.
