Do any of you find that replies from retailers become a little slow as soon as there is a problem? Been having some issues with an rc i purchased last week, and it seems prior to purchasing it all emails were replied to within an hour or so. Now there’s an issue emails are being replied to every day or two, is it just my luck or are people really not bothered about customer service anymore?

I completely agree with the both of you, I always try to contact a shop via the telephone or in person. On this occasion the chap is refusing to give me his phone number and wants me to meet him in a pub carpark to carry out an exchange at 10am in the morning as public aren’t allowed on his grounds, which I totally understand. Just the communication seems a bit strange too me, especially after spending over £1500 with him over the last few days.

Got fed up of breaking a chassis every 2 weeks on my outcast 4s so sold that today. But now i need a replacement

tbh running costs are an issue for me with 6s cars. I tend to run about 5 or 6 packs through my cars in one go when out bashing with my friends. For 6s this doubles the cost of my batteries. That’s the reason I tend to steer towards 3s/4s cars

I've never been a fan of RC motorcycles but if this thing works as well as it does in the promo video I know what I might be getting. It also looks like Pro Line are doing supermoto tyres for it as well.

Well that’s ruined my outcast 4s v2 experience, chassis, center shaft are both unavailable from any model shops until mid July. Both parts are v2 specific so I’m stuck…

@BashingBrian Yeah bud it really sucks, it’s a shame because it’s really put me off arrma again, and the RC in questions is absolutely spot on. 23rd June is the date most of the shops are listing stock at, but wheelspin said it’s more like end of july.

Popped into TTP models in Coleshill today, picked up a few bits and a new chassis to build. Up there with the best customer service I have ever received. Very friendly and even offered to knock some money off due to purchasing instore. Anyone looking for Tamiya parts and kits check TTP models out.

Really impressed with service from Wheelspin models, i ordered a bodyshell but a day later had a change of mind, i rang them and turned out it had not shipped due to shadow stock they changed my order and refunded the small despite me saying keep the change difference, brilliant service

@.AJ. I have been looking for a replacement for the talion that caught fire. Iv gone off arrma rc's and the only other option apart from another traxxas was the Kronos xtr. Must admit I'm excited to try out another brand for once.
