What I don't understand about stuff like this, Is that the scale crawling scene on the whole is made for stuff like this to be home made, I really couldn't justify spending 200 quid on something so fundamentally simple.

I just wonder if you start spending this sort of money on stuff like this, Are you not taking away one of the big parts of the scale crawler scene.

     Or is that just me.

It's probably worth remembering though that not everyone has custom fabrication skills and or access to someone who can help.

The only solution therefore is to buy it pre made by someone else. With it comes the price tag to boot.

I myself have zero fabrication skills and no one close enough to offer the help to custom make things so I have no choice other than to dip my hand in my pocket and pay for it.

That's fair enough, Suppose it's like when someone makes a big deal that they put a shelf up, And I'm left scratching my head and wondering what the big deal is.

Americans n Canadians love to buy stuff like this....

Personally I agree with both your statements....  One does not always posses the skills for fab.... (and fabbing this Kober bed will take time and tools also)....

But I think everyone should have a go before they choose to buy off the shelf.... You never know what you can turn your hand too, as they say.....

And at this price.... You'd be daft not to at least try making your own first...
