    GS02F - No other details yet, GS02 (No F) chassis is used on BOM and Komodo Crew
    New body option, although they did do a Cherokee lookalike as a body set here

    Going by the shape and proportions of the body my bet is a 2nd gen/squarebody Chevrolet K5 Blazer, or at least a fictionalized one. The truck on the right seems light it has the front brush guard and antenna from the  M1009  CUCV

    If thats the case, sign me up! Would be a nice deviation from the Jeep-spam we've had for years now, as cool as Jeeps are the market is getting a bit saturated with them :D

    Hmm, if its another Jeep based shell then count me out,  i would of thought the companies might start making scale models based on newer kit like dodge ram or F-250, chevvy suburban, that kinda stuff

    Forward mount motor, pretty much all new chassis layout

    gm57007_7-3-2.jpg.926e42fa428a421ef19d70f29cea06f6.jpg

    Overdriven axle option, anti twist  outputs as per BOM

    1:1, 1.14:1 and 1.22:1 overdrive although 1.14 is referred to as 'stock' so not sure if the others are included or sold as options (1:1 and 1.22:1 have their own part numbers)

    gm57007_10-6-2.jpg.3b707c0ed7fc85df1b0a237de72b37db.jpg

    Military option has bull bars, civilian includes roof rack

    2 speed tran, and it looks like they've moved away from 'gaping hole in gearbox housing' to a push rod through the end 👍👍👍

    Chassis mounted servo and panhard bar

    Standard axles (no portals)

    Pre-order available now:

    $319 Military, $349 Civilian + $54 shipping, ships 16/10

    Import fees a distinct possibility also!

    Not sure of justication of price difference,  Mil kit has slightly smaller tyres (108mm OD  v 121mm on Civ) and Civ kit includes roof rack

    Usual metal balls for as pre-order bonus

    Update:

    Manuals are online now too;

    Civilian

    Military

    As well as confirming no LEDs are included on the Civ version, it looks clearer here that 1:1 and 1.22:1 overdrive alternatives are (buyable) options

    Liking the civilian version a lot - nice to see something a little different bodywise finally!

    Be interested to see how much these end up going for

    You should be able to get a reasonable idea from comparing these;

    Junfac (GMade Korean store)

    Modelsport

    GOM Rock buggy is $339/£299, Civilian Buffalo, in comparison, is $349

    Wahey, I was right. It is a K5 Blazer :D the M1009 inspired one is super nice, hope that antenna can be unhooked so it waggles around

    The antenna's a steel 'whip' type similar to the one used on Tamiya's Sand Scorcher - Leaving it unhooked wouldn't be a problem

    In fact, the manual doesn't show a preferred tether point for the other end, so it waggles by default 😆

    Do you think it possible to fit an interior (proper one) if the battery moved somewhere?

    There's 2 stock battery placement options, one kinda under the front seats and and one under the rear seats
