ABC Hobby Nissan GT-R LM Nismo FWD kit

Japanese company ABC Hobby, best known for their extraordinary polycarbonate bodyshells, have introduced the Grande Gambado Nissan GT-R LM Nismo 1/10th scale FWD kit. The front wheel drive car is based off of the proven Grande Gambado 190mm chassis that uses a 2.5mm FRP main chassis plate, a front motor design with the power plant sitting behind the front axle and the chassis utilises a separate damper and spring setup. The car is topped off by a replica Nissan GT-R LM Nismo bodyshell; he full-scale counterpart was best known for its popular yet unsuccessful 2015 Le Mans LMP1 class appearance.

really a fwd LM car I thought they were rwd/4wd wouldn't think that fwd is very good at speed in corners the wing would push the rear down and lift the fornt

It was another one of Nissans mad moments I think. I can't remember how it did I think it had a decent pace but had reliability issues.

I don't follow LM so wouldn't know the only motor sports I watch are WRC and BTCC :good:

It is FWD but with 1 or 2 electric motor assisting rear wheels.    it was running wider front wheel,  narrower rear.

Yep it was a Nissan / Cosworth venture. FWD and front engined.

3 cars were entered in the 2015 Le Man race - 2 cars didn't finish and 1 wasn't classified as it didn't complete minimum 70% race distance after 24 hours.

The programme was dropped at the end of 2015.
