Pro-Line have introduced new option parts for the PRO-MT 4×4 in the form of aluminum shock caps, steel spur gear and aluminum servo saver. First up are the aluminum shock caps. They add strength, durability and style to a very important part of the truck. The shock caps are CNC machined from aluminum and come gunmetal anodized to perfectly match the rest of the truck and have large laser engraved P-L logos on the front and back of the caps. The shock caps come in a pack of two with new inner diaphragms.

Next up is the steel spur gear. CNC machined from hardened steel and is black oxide coated to avoid rust, It adds strength and durability. The steel spur gear has been narrowed compared to the stock gear to reduce weight and friction for smooth and quiet performance.

Also new is the aluminum servo saver adding strength, durability and style. CNC machined from aluminum and gunmetal anodized to perfectly match the rest of the truck, it is a direct stock replacement upgrade for the PRO-MT 4×4 and allows to tighten down the servo saver spring for a more precise steering feel.

I’ll be ordering a few of these bits soon. But I probably won’t bother with the steel spur when the stock plastic ones are about $12 for 3

I feel like it should already have those things like the pro2 was loaded with upgrades as std parts. Even mips for short time?  Now the 4x4 is more basic and getting upgrades. In line with traxxas etc. But the pro roller is top money still like the pro2 was. Lessons learned with v1. Allow for upgrades lol.

More basic? When you get one in your hand you will see the quality and loads of alloy part are not needed, it’s no crappy Traxxas, it’s easily on par with all the top boys. Tekno done exactly the same when it comes to kit spec and optional extras, the extra’s aren’t really needed imo unless you are a extreme basher or are running 4-6s, but who doesn’t like a hop up or a bit of bling ;)

Isn't this the rig advertised as not needing upgrades?  I don't fall for marketing but it's a tad anughty

The PRO-MT 4x4 is unlike any other Monster Truck available because it was designed from the ground up to have the highest quality components and the best performance right out of the box. No need to spend tons of money on upgrades like all the other trucks available the PRO-MT 4x4 has the upgrades you need already included making it the best value for the money!

Tekno said the same thing with the MT410, the exception is all the upgrade parts are stock on the ET and EB

The Tekno ET48 roller i just bought for circa £500 still offers upgrades despite being know as bomb proof. Do they need alloy knuckles? Probably not, will i get a set? Probably.

I feel I must clarify....my mistake.....pro line lists these as 'option parts' ....which indeed implies they are not a necessity for stock running.
