  1. Didn't you buy this for 100 like a couple of weeks ago? I was wrong it was 110.

  2. Couldn't resist picking up one of these. The build was very straightforwards, apart from a couple of points. The front camber plate needs rubber grommits inserting, these put up a fight unless you warm the grommits up a bit. And the nylon parts are a right (&^%*&*% to screw into. Oh, and one screw didn't have the hex milled out, so it couldn't be used. Other than that, it was simple, approx 2 hrs and anyone would be able to build it. Going to run 1S 13.5 with a Kamtec Fiesta Mk6 body, just waiting for more bits and pieces to arrive before finishing and running it. The offending screw. Thought I'd dig out an old Saab body I had in storage...

  8. What motor are you getting exactly- 1/8 scale means nothing as they can be anything from 36mm upto 44mm generally, smooth can or finned. There are a whole range of mounts similar to that one you linked to though, but we need to know the dimensions...

  11. Think the 40 quid profit just for some neon fuel line and a radio cover isnt reflected in the price but at the same time its gained another owner and become more used. But well done

  13. I would go for an 18T for that motor. Also I've never had a wheel nut fall off on my Hyper and I don't use threadlock. I just do them up as tight as I can get them with a normal wheel wrench (an Ansmann 17mm one). As for pinion coming loose, use lots of threadlock, a quality hex driver and tighten it as tight as it will go. I found mine came off first, then after a second threadlocking it has been fine.
