Apparently if you reverse the starter bit in the drill (take it out and turn it round so its just the plain hex end sticking out of the drill) it'll bite better. Dont panic!!! just hold it firm - then with a hammer and the correct size Hex/+/- or wat ever wack it nice and hard to make a new bite for it and it then should just turn and come off and for the love of god!
