Thunderwolf
i'm looking for a fuel powered monster truck. 1/8th in size. money is very limited (max price is about £150). it has to be relitively easy to controll and maintain as this will be my first fuel powered rc motor. c0sie
dude, with all due respect, for £150 your only choices are going to be crap, badly running sheds. You can get a new HPI Rush Evo for £170, its only 1/10th scale, but new, and a recommended stadium truck by many users on this forum. if anyone offers you a monstor truck, 1/8th scale, for £150 id be HIGHLY weary mate. hth
Thunderwolf
150 is only a estimate as i am waiting to get some money from people. and it doesn't have to be 1/8th size i'd just prefer it to be that. and do you have a pic on the HPI Rush Evo? and where i can get one? Pic two is of all the cars that live in the same house as me (they aint all mine though) The rush is the back row second along.

dazzi220
download the instructions online from hpi-europe a LST is a truck, so what are you getting? I don't think you can get a savvy for £150 anywhere, unless its a 2nd hand one from ebay maybe.
Thunderwolf
i've been on eday and theres a **** load of parts, so the plan is to but all the parts on ebay for as cheap as posible. and then put it together using the insructions. or is that a bad idea? Big T
i've been on eday and theres a **** load of parts, so the plan is to but all the parts on ebay for as cheap as posible. and then put it together using the insructions. or is that a bad idea? ← I think that would be a very very bad idea, there are as many parts it would cost you more than to buy one complete. dazzi220
it depends on how cheap the parts would be? the engine will cost, radio gear personally I'd save a bit more and got for a 3.5 - £300 or failing that get a 2nd hand savage off ebay you can get some good bargins you need more cash really dude, but keep looking for a deal
Thunderwolf
i've sorted some more cash out, my dad still owes me money but i will have £190 - £220, does that increase the chances of getting a savage? don't matter which one but i will be sending it up ramps.
