Tamiyacowboy
use a 540 1/10 scale rc esc these are made to withstand the 50/60a pushed through the esc. the mini t will be good for 50amp ove 100th of a sec but anymore and smoking joe is what you will get as phil has seen first hand. phil try and find a futaba mrc330cr esc these are 14t so will handle any mini motor you put in the mini t and battery packs too (6-7 cells) TC
Garry
If you use a normal ESC, you'll need to use a normal reciever too, and you'll also have to replace the 4 wire ESC with a 3 wire one like in the RC18T.
