dazzi220
I'm having trouble removing my heat sink, its set tight, I've bent 2 allen keys trying to take it off. I've tried grease, oil and wd40. I figure it must be the heat that has set it so I ran the engine to warm it up and tried again, but its having none of it
muhuha
you could try boiling it and use pliers to turn the allen key
Colt
use a hair dryer to heat it up

mth
yeah, for tight screws T-bar allen drivers are the only answer....you can get so much torque into them that nothing will stop you

Hawkeye
Could be a vacuum being built up, get some allen drivers though they tend to be better than keys,, also have you removed the glow plug, and i know this may sound stupid but are you turning it the right way, ive done it and im sure other people have

J C
Surprised you haven't knackered the hex in the screw by now. HPI always over tighten their engine screws. I had to drill mine out of my T15
300ZXZ31
yup i couldnt get them out of the backplate or the head on my t15 also the screws are really poor quality so they strip real easy.
