racing = Losi

The CRT is the safe bet for racing or bashing

Don't go for the 8T if you bash, but consider it if you race. I've heard that it's harder to drive and set up but is very fast once dialled in.

Losi for racing

CRT for bashing, if its the rtr crt. The more costly crt's (i.e. pro versions) are great for racing and have a good track record.

Losi's are a lot harder to drive and are very skitish, you have to be a decent driver to be able to race it 'properly'. The parts also wear out prety quick and are costly as well. A safe bet would be a CRT or a Hyper ST or if you want to spend some more money go with a Mugen MBX5T

i find my 8t easy to drive and not skitish at all and as for bashing well lets just say its one of the best bashers i've had parts are just as cheap as many other truggys if not a bit cheaper. overall i'd say its a very good allround

if i buy a truggy it will be an 8t without a doubt!
