Big_DP Posted February 19, 2023 Share Posted February 19, 2023 Hi all, I’ve taken my vintage HS2 out of the loft, don’t think it’s been fired up in the least 25 years! I’ve decided to fully strip it down, update the components where necessary and give it a full rebuild. I’m going to need plenty of advice, as it has been quite some time since I’ve been involved in RC cars. I’ve added a few ‘before’ pics. As you can see the front suspension damper mount has cracked (part sheet 0005280), anyone know where I can source a replacement? A few questions: Which electrics am I going to need to replace? Any recommendations? What batteries are best? How can I test the motor? Looking forward to hear you replies. Many thanks for the advice.
