Futaba 35mhz Tx and Rx

I have a Futaba T6EXAP Tx. Just ordered a Futaba FP-r116FB Rx. How do i bind it ? Would i need to buy crystals, according to the manual Tx cant use crystals, if they are both 35mhz wont it work wihtout crystals ?
