Which paint?

What spray paint can I use to spray my body shell? Would just regular paint be ok from somewhere like Halfords?

No good I'm afraid.... Search for Lexan/polycarbonate paint.  You need to buy from a model shop or other suitable outlet such as eBay vendors..

Unless of course it is an ABS/styrene hardshell, in which case TS acrylic paint is what you need. Halfords paint would also work, ideally with a plastic primer.

I always stick to the Tamiya paint, I've tried others but I don't rate them as well.

No it's a lexan body. Will have to wait till the weekend then. 

Not sure I will yet but if I want a matte finish do I spray the outside with matte paint?

Tamiya PS for lexan, was just looking for some and golstarstockists are reasonable.

For an even finish, I'd recommend spraying the inside with your colour coat as normal, then spraying the outside with a matte or satin clear coat.
