As Smeghead said... 400ft is the max, but unless you are using APM/Pixhawk or a similar FC with barometric sensors, together with (300m telemetry you probably won't be able to tell if your quad is at 350ft or 450ft...   :)

Pretty stunning footage,so clear and stable.

I wouldn`t worry to much about rules and regs,this flight was well out in the sticks,at a model RC flying club by the look of it?

The problems come from numptys flying around/over built up areas and total twonks flying near 1:1 aircraft,as soon as they are spotted ,they will get busted and rightly so.

IMHO common sense will win in the end :)
