Not sure what size the car is but i usually Drill a small hole in the centre. Get a Hex bit small enough to knock into the hole you drilled. Screw it out.

Or you can use a easy out. Drilling still required.

If its not threadlocked it should come out easily with something like a small screwdriver, just try an turn it enough so you can grab it with pliers and unscrew.

if its threadlocked then good luck..:D

btw if you do get it out do the nut an bolt mod an you wont have this prob again..;)
