Savage xl brushless conversion

I've got a hpi savage xl that I'm thinking of converting to brushless but don't realy where to start, do I need to change DIFFS or gearbox and what size motor would be best 540/550 also what else would I need to get

It doesnt go by 540 /550 in the big world lol

The gearbox will need converting yes and also you will need the bp diffs and pinions

Personally id flog this on and buy a good used condition flux or try and buy a flux roller and add your own electrics

If you do it dont p iss about.

Alza center diff conversion and while your there xl tvp.

That sheds the bs gearbox and motor mounts.

castle 1717 motor or equivalent anything less is bad form.

150a+ esc

Battery boxes, mounts, velcro straps.

5000 mah+ 3s battery x 2.

Go for xt150 connectors or equivalent .

Irc drive shafts because they are fat beasts.

Hardened ring gear and pinions to fit on your existing diffs.

You will also need a center diff like vorza or hoboa st pro etc.

total costs for that ??
