Personally I would get a lipo charger because of higher amp output and charge both together in a parallel setup. Say for instance you have 3000mah batteries with a 800mah charger, that's near on 3.5hrs charging each. With lipo 6A charger set as nimh (6000MAH imax b6 80watt for instance) 2 batteries wired in parallel at 1600mah is 3.5hrs to do both. All depends on 1.what capacity batts are. 2.Maximum charge rate 3.Size of charger supplied. Could do with more info to point you in the right direction. Ideal scenario would be 2x 3000mah batteries in parallel charging at 6000mah (6A) = 1hr charge time ish for both at once.  Or you can charge in a series config to make a 14.4v pack and charge at 3A =1hr  then get a second pair of batts setup as 14.4v series and put these in parallel with the other set and charge 4 together at 6000mah in 1hr total. Imax 6A b6 80watt off of the bay is biggest size with AC power :)
