scratcher
You could look at the Sakurai D3 CS chassis, Speed Passion motor and ESC combo, a decent servo will be around 40 pounds, and then the rest of your budget would get you a decent transmitter and some batteries and charger. b_hawk111
Or the ms01d brushed rtr and batteries
scratcher
That's an even better option. I don't know why I didn't think of that... It's what I have
NuttyProfessor
I went the other way and got a touring car, I like car park bashing so having something quick is a must but sticking slippy tyres on a well set up tourer, it can hold a slide nice. I use a Vaterra V100 chassis, can buy the camber and toe adjustment bits, look on hobbyking for cheap leccy bits and bobs. I've spent around

NuttyProfessor
D spec is a TT02 fitted with all the adjustments that is needed on a drift chassis.
b_hawk111
But it doesn't make it a drift chassis, just had a few more adjustment than normal and hard plastic tyres!
