looks cheap to me even tho it is the old ss.you can fit most bb engines in it as long as they are pullstart/rotastart

It wont be the best, but it will work just fine. Its the stock transmitter for the rtr savages I believe. If your using it in an area with likely interference, it wont be that good, but you should already know due to your emaxx

they go onto the throttle servo, it plugs into your reciever and then onto the throttle. simple

id go for the mtroniks one from MS.

Good luck with the SS i tried ordering one from a site in May for my birthday and they said that HPI have discontinued them, and they had no more left in the shop but then i ended with a mint savage 4.6 for 215.
