will16
Hello Everyone, I thought it was about time I wanted a new project. I was after a car, rally orientated and would go on most surfaces. I struck a deal with memebr "Fluffy" on here and swapped my M03 Mini for this TB01 chassis. I also placed an order at Kamtec for a MK2 Transit LWB. I chose the van for a few reasons, firstly, this will be run- hard, and I wanted a body that would stand up to some abuse. Secondly, the van's different to the norm and finally I like Transits! The driver shall be Mr Wild Willy. I shan't be going for full scale details on this as I don't want it to break up. I waved good bye to the Mini, This is the chassis- The body The body roughly cut and sat on the chassis- I'm stuck between using the small rally wheels or go for some larger ones- This could be a possible front bumper set up. I wanted to raise the suspension. The rear required longer shocks, but the front I had to cut up the wishbones and knuckle holders- Also made these custom shocks from spares- I trimmed the wheelarches to accommodate some wheels I have on order. I also added some body rust holes and scrapes. Thanks for looking Will

Fair play that shell is awesome Looks nice Thanks guys!I made a roof rack for this. The uprights are held by two RC4WD mini bolts. I forgot how much I liked working with styrene. I got a ladder cut, and have some tubing that will act a drain pipe, I've also scrawled the doors lines
