zombiedrift7
Just thinking about a cheap basher, anybody tried out the 02R? I know you need a steering servo and receiver (which I have) not sure if you can use lipos on the stock esc though.
jimmer7
Theres no lipo cut of, only for life batteries, but you can get a lipo checker and just plug that in.
zombiedrift7
Cheers. Looking it up it needs a bit of upgrading to get it decent. As I already have lipo I'd want to upgrade the esc and other bits and bobs.
jimmer7
I just got a xv 01 and I put a cheap 10t brushless combo set in it from M/S goes really well.

Chimpeh
I bought a TT02 - R & after finding the silvercan to be a little...crap I have upgraded the following: Race Bearings Aluminium Drive Shaft Oil Filled Shocks Etronix 13.5T Brushless & ESC Overlander 3250 2c Lipo all in all its cost around 300 which is alot for a TT02 but it should be fast!! In hindsight looking at the features on the XV01 I wish I had gone for that, the TT02 is very open and since I am wanting to use it multisurface it will need alot of cleaning!!
