You don't need one if you are geared correctly, and besides, a tiny little fan won't make any real difference to the temps inside the motor; all you will be doing is masking the problem, not fixing it. I'd suggest you look into the Hobbywing system as you were advised in your other thread- plenty of 65-80amp esc & 36x50mm motors in the 3000-4000kv range to look at which are more powerful, cooler running & half the price....
