Does this come with the 5mp camera?

It seems remarkably good for the price and was wondering if there is a catch? It seem legit and is 4 channel, big in size etc. If there is a catch could someone tell me? 

 

Does this version come with the 5mp camera and 4gb sd card?

No catch, some people dont like nitrotek but they have been around for years..... Parts might be a issue but at that price its worth a punt

The plane is foam, it might float down!

I've had nitrotek stuff and its more entry grade Rc. A bit cheap and nasty but good fun can still be had

Its a Hubsan plane, same people as the little X4 quadcopter, and I've seen it on sale in other places too but for a fair bit more. Spares are available on the web at least.

 

Only catch I can see is that it is a glider - don't let the motor fool you as powered flight is strictly limited to climbing.

That's what I get for not looking at the link. Thought it was nitrotek own brand or rebrand. Hubsan quads are ace and tough as boots

For the money,dont think you will go far wrong,of course you have to be able to fly the things,but its not a vast outlay to start off with in my mind,go for it!!.

Thanks for all the advice, I'll definitely be going with this. Just to ask could I change the motor if I wanted a more powerful one?

Well you could change the motor, but as I said this is a powered glider and as such designed to fly without the motor. The motor just gets you up to gliding height.

I can't speak for this model but previous powered gliders I've seen for example have no esc - the motor is simply on or off.

The stuff on nitrotek is pretty awful when it comes to cars. But then if your on a budget you might as well buy one, I did!

A Multiplex Easystar II would be a better option. Around the same price, but you have far more options regarding different sized motors & much better quality.

A multiplex isn't a ready to fly package at that price it's also exactly like the bixler 2 from hobby king.
