Nitroholic Posted April 18, 2013 Share Posted April 18, 2013 There have been no actual proiduction models produced, and the HPI stand at the Nuremburg Toy Fair had a prototyped '3d printed' version. There have been no reports of development engines getting as far as serious testing, so if it's still underway in HPI's R&D department, it is still a long way from production. HPI are not hyping it, pushing it or developing any kind of publicity.... Add it all up, and what you get is a big fat nothing. HPI clearly do not have a working model or the engine in any kind of production. No way it is going to be in the shops by June. Most likely there are some serious issues either with reliability, power output or manufacturing processes....and no engine means no Octane. All the rest is basically stock Savage with a few tweaks.
