Have done a fair bit to he savage since I have had it and had my fair share of problems from the flywheel Collet disintegrating, steering servo melting, 2 owb failures and a snapped shock cap. I have ran just over a gallon of fuel through her to date. Mods so far: 50w diff oil in front and 30 to rear Sealed engine and carb Shock socks Fuel filter 7955TG steering servo HD Servo saver spring Metal steering bearings Savage imprinted chassis guard Tank guard Custom throttle/brake linkage Steering throw mod New offset wheels with dirt bond style tyres Integy 18mm offset hub extenders Water resistant air filter Hump pack 1600 x 2 That's it so far.. not sure what is next on the list.. Need to get my tune right as I think my lsn is still very rich and I can't seem to get it to idle without it being very high. Anyone from around the Portsmouth area? Some more photos.. Haven't tested these yet... Think my next mod maybe a Bp 3 speed or new tvps as I dont want to damage the SE ones.. Probably out tomorrow if the rain holds off/stops. There is loads a info on here for savages (they always seem to go wrong?) LOL and tuning. I got a shock cap set off eBay for cheap as didn't have time to go and see Rob. You were getting Sonera serious air of that jump! I will be about tomorrow depending o the weather also. The serious air was an ST truggy, I have the hyper 7 TQ (black one) and no one has ever said I get air with it LOL...! My daughter jumps here mini recon higher. Fingers crossed for the weather tomorrow. The extenders were from eBay.. I am really pleased with the quality and they have very minimal play. Hopefully should handle like a rocket on rails that gets front end happy now! bit like my motorbike lol How long have you had your savage for? I quite enjoyed running mine in..
